An American Dream under the Constitution in Crisis

Why are we seeing in every State and Primary a Crisis of Competency concerning the voting primary season… and the previous presidential elections? There is a growing concern throughout the Nation that we are lapsing into an irreversible third world status of competency.

TOPICS: AMERICA - The Right Way!!; Chit/Chat; Conspiracy; The Guild
KEYWORDS: citizenship; democracy; elections; ruleoflaw
In addition to counting the votes, we have people known to commit crimes uncharged or removed from office at the national level. We have an elected member of the congress in MN who by all rights should have been removed for a host of criminal activity and fraud. Another fake Indian has a lifelong history openly known of fraud in college admissions, hiring at an Ivy League school and now running for president. Crime pays.

In the congress and senate, committees decide what is a crime before it spoken on the floors of either house. In effect, the protection of criminal activity by the members at the highest levels of government have trickled down to the state and local level. If a crime is known to the public but unspoken in the Senate, nothing happens to those who commit crimes – even to the point we are held to a fake impeachment crisis.

Everywhere we look DNC controlled cities and entire states are becoming crime infested and dangerous. The political class enriches themselves and few are prosecuted for open criminal activity.

Is it conditioning for the narrative? Are we seeing another perceptual crisis perterprated by the DNC to usher in a “lack of faith in democracy”?

The democrats have challenged the presidential process each time they have lost the presidency since 2000.

Today the path is clear for an actual communist to gain the DNC’s nomination. Are the conditions being set to allow our nation to become a communist state in the near future simply due to what may well be a long-term plan to destroy the USA from within using the political system against itself.

Our Country seems beyond repair when illegals vote using the shields the DNC provides in state after state.... Counting heads resulting in extra congressional representation rather than counting Citizens….

Democracy and the representative form of government requires simple good faith to endure.

Has the USA gone beyond the point of repair, or will someone like Trump in a second term unleash the Rule of Law to take down elected officials top down and restore the very process of governing by elected bodies?

This author believes that America is seeing the conditions set for the destruction of the government and at the same time being conditioned to accept a new form of government to replace the one that is failing at every level.

I see the problem as the Democrat Party itself. Maybe the DNC can be reformed from within after a good house cleaning and a restoration of the rule of law incorporated into their identity. Otherwise, they will destroy the host, and this host is feeling ungracious.

Trump won so the elites are questioning our system.

When Obama won, everything was great and questioning our system was unpatriotic. Hillary said, before she was defeated, not accepting election results was a danger to the Republic. She lost and since then it’s been one conspiracy theory after another to delegitimization Trump and justify their losing the American working class voters.

We are already seeing the Russian hoax narrative leaked and spun by the media and we haven’t even gotten close to November.

An entire book could be written from this article.
Well done.

Bernie isn’t a communist.

Bernie is a greedy, lazy fraud.

He was kicked out of a Commune because he didn’t think he should work.

Bernie loves his present life.

He gets paid big money to go around telling fairy tales.

Just his kind of lazy “work”.

Now, are there real communists traveling with Bernie who will shoot him in the head and take over?

Yep.

We can all argue that the fairy tales from the fairy tale man are not real, but the children, the Democrat voters, like them.

We Conservatives like to think that the Liberals are worthy opponents.

They aren’t.

They’ve been taken over by crooks.

The Liberal politicians are just thieves.

There isn’t a big political debate in this country between Democrats and Republicans.

There is a huge battle for justice between law abiding people and the thieves running the Democrat party.

I'm hoping for America's sake that this tendency to cheat and create the environment that makes conspiracy theories so popular retires with the Baby Boomers, as we march to nursing homes or get a ride to the cemetery. The next generation can't take over soon enough.

I had a wake-up call yesterday, when I was looking at the results of the Nevada dem caucus; of the 4 top vote-getters, 3 are in their late 70's and the other one is a 45=yo homosexual. Statistically, none of them should survive long enough to see the 2024 election.

And not just the dems; they can take Pierre Defecto with them, along with his egotistical companions.

Someone should inform all of Bernies supporters that the way to get rich under Bernies form of guberment is to run for president and take in donation to buy houses.

We should see several million more people putting in a bid to run for president.

Don’t exaggerate. Pete Buttigieg is only 38. A whole three years above the constitutional minimum - to be fair, four, almost on Inauguration day 2021.

Not that I think it’d be worth a constitutional amendment, but it would seem it would be better to have the minimum set at 45.

We need to stop talking about changing the Constitution to meet our short term needs. It’s worked fine for the big stuff.

If there is a really special 35 year old who WE might want as President...why get in their way?

He’s 38? He looks like he is 45. At least to me.

All traceable to Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when BOTH parties cooperated to abrogate the Constitution.

Obama is NOT a natural born citizen.

Life expectancy being what it now is, I am at a loss for why this great nation would ever actually need anyone with less than four decades of life experience to be our Head of State and Head of Government. Granted that WJBC was 46 when he was elected, he didn’t exactly model maturity in the WH, did he? Obama was 48, JFK was only 43.

Dan Quayle was pressed “Senator, you’re no John Kennedy” about his youth at the time. Nixon, BTW, was 47 in 1960 . . . and only 39 in 1952.

I guess the minimum age to be elected VPOTUS wouldn’t need to be raised, and the raised minimum age should only be for election to POTUS by the Electoral College.

But the issue is moot; nobody would go to the mat for a constitutional amendment just for that . . .
