POPE Francis cancelled events for the second day in a row today after falling ill.
The Vatican said the 83-year-old pontiff had decided not to go ahead with official audiences after he skipped a church service yesterday.
It comes as Italy is reeling from a worsening coronavirus outbreak which has so infected more than 500 people and caused 17 deaths.
The Vatican declined to say whether the Pope will be tested for the virus.

Didn’t he get in hot water last year for instinctively drawing back his hand from someone trying to kiss his ring? It seemed like a good idea to yours truly. Methinks he is a bit too concerned with PC-itis.
My thoughts exactly. And how ridiculous of the Pope to be around 40,000 people, hugging and kissing, when he KNEW he was coughing and blowing.....in Italy, with harsh circumstances in the country!

He is an older man who is sick regardless the cause. I pray he finds faith in Jesus Christ
If he were a closet Muslim, would he have done anything different?
Why would the Vatican NOT do a test. Of course they did a test. So Why would the Vatican not release the test. Perhaps they want to seem above it all with no worries so no need to to a test.
And if he is positive...he better not be going around people spreading it.
I pray daily the the one called the pope will come to find Jesus, surrender to Him, read His Word, and follow His Commandments, and become a good Steward of the Seat of Peter, so that the people will not be corrupted by the lies of Satan

Yes, a zealous Chinese woman was trying to get the attention of the Pope on the persecution of Christians in Communist China.
She was pretty rough in pulling him and he’s an old man. He didn’t handle it well.

I did. A little over 24 hours symptoms showed after Asians were coughing all over me. Hadn’t been anywhere else previous to that or after that.
Relentless sneezing, worst runny nose I have ever had and a headache.
Likely caught a cold
Knocked it out overnight.
