You can download it through the google play store. If it’s not working (you’re not dumb), maybe go to NordVPN website and see if there are additional instructions to download for the phone. :)
I looked at IP Vanish and it said $4 month for the first billing cycle. I imagine that's a month. Looks like it jumps then to $10/month.
