What a cutie! I’m pretty sure the little guy is a Birman-not a Siamese, though. My vet told me that there are actually people who breed dwarfism into cats on purpose-they think it is cute-as a cat lover, I think it is animal cruelty...
Having read down the comments, it appears you are correct, it may be either a Birman or Ragdoll crossbreed or some such. She doesn’t appear to be explicitly a dwarf, because they tend to have bulging eyes.
Probably not Siamese with those white socks! Cutie!
