Michael Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, spoke in no uncertain terms Sunday in an interview with Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo about former President Obama’s role in the effort to entrap the former national security adviser.

Powell explained the FBI agents made it appear to Flynn that the meeting was informal, giving him no impression that his responses could later be used against him.
“These agents specifically schemed and planned with each other how to not tip him off that he was even the person being investigated,” she said. “In fact, according to Comey's testimony that's attached to the exhibits they filed in the motion to dismiss, they just simply said, we'd like to send a couple agents by to talk to you.
"And, of course, General Flynn said sure. And he saw them as allies. They encouraged him to stay that way,” she continued. “They deliberately did not tell him about 1001 [the statute that makes it a federal felony to lie to agents] because they didn't want to trigger the slightest suspicion in his mind that he was being investigated or should be concerned about anything.”

“Then Peter Strzok is watching a CNN report on that and texts about he and Priestap sitting there watching it and using it as a pretext to go interview some people,” Powell said. “So the whole thing was orchestrated and set up within the FBI, Clapper, Brennan, and in the Oval Office meeting that day with President Obama.”

On January 13th, 2017, a few days before Trump took Office, Obama issued an executive order saying ALL 17 US security agencies could have total access to each other. In other words, they were free to engage in collusion...and that’s exactly what they did.
Pres Obama’s maneuver of January 3, 2017-——his signing of NSA Data-Sharing Order Section 2.3 out of AG Lynch’s office ——is the coupe d’etat to blow out The Deep State.
Obama’s original ex/order contains some unusual language particularly the convoluted language WRT “The Strategic Delay of Section 2.3 of Obama’s Executive Order 12333.”
NOTE WELL: Prior to the formal signing of Section 2.3, greater latitude ALREADY existed within the White House in regards to collection of information – especially in relation to the Trump Campaign. However, once signed, Section 2.3 granted broad latitude to inter-agency sharing of information.
But by the time Obama’s new executive order was signed on January 3, 2017, all that information was already in the possession of Obama White House.
Thus, Susan Rice’s January 20, 2017 email to herself takes on an even greater significance b/c no one was ever supposed to know about the REAL meaning of Obama’s retroactive actions.....until Rice stupidly laid it all out in an official email.
When Susan Rice stupidly wrote a memo to herself, she inadvertently confessed to a series of crimes that added the time line and inferences about what the outgoing Obama administration illegally concealed from incoming President Trump and his aides.
After-the-fact memos are rarely a good idea....they reveal things the author never intended——as did Susan Rice in her now-infamous email to herself on Trump’s inauguration day.
Suzan skipped down the Yellowbrick Road, along with the mental midgets of the Obama Administraton.
Obama’s FBI, DOJ, ODNI, CIA and intelligence officials flipped a finger at protocol....and even worse ....they were intentionally dishonest with incoming President Trump and key members of his new administration.
Obviously their lack of honesty was a serious issue.......but flipping off established protocol had serious ramifications.
This was a “justification memo”......outgoing National Security Advisor Susan Rice needed to explain why there have been multiple false and misleading statements given to the incoming President Trump and all of his officials.
This is not a “CYA” memo, this is a justification memo for use AFTER the Trump-Russia collusion/conspiracy narrative collapsed; if the impeachment effort failed.
Her intellectually facile “By-The-Book” reference -refers to both she and then-President Obama being told by CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director Comey, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, that President Trump was the subject of an active counterintelligence investigation to determine if he was under the influence of the Russian government. But they NEVER told candidate Trump about it.
Even the timing of Rice’s Oz-ish memo, written 15 minutes prior to the end of the Obama administration, is ex-post-facto useful as evidence of the author’s intent.......as
Suzan stupidly confesses to a host of crimes.
What people miss about Susan Rice and her need to write that last memo is her attempt to craft a record of a ‘COUNTER-INTEL’ operation that was ongoing and that Obama had instructed that everything be done ‘by the book’.
What is LEFT UNSAID is that during a counter-intel investigation, it is permissible to lie, or in official terms ‘to disseminate disinformation’.
As long as the Obama spying was characterized as a counter-intel operation, it was legal to have words and actions left in place that might be discovered as untrue.
In other words, Rice’s final memo was an attempt to carve out a last minute get-out-of-jail pass for all those involved in the spying.
Rice likely foresaw that her successor Gen Flynn, and Congressional hearings, might uncover false and perjured statements on the part of persons in the spy operation to which the response would be “So what? It was a Counter-Intel operation.”
This is why it was IMPERATIVE for Barr and Durham to investigate the ORIGINS because if the origins revealed no predicate, no basis, no genuine probable cause for launching a counter-intel operation, then Rice’s feeble stay-out-of-jail memo would fall apart.
They didn’t want the truth. The said so in their secret memos that came out. They asked about the goal...” is it our goal in this interview to get the truth or is it to indict him or get him fired?” Obviously, he interview was NOT to get to the truth.

People made citizens at birth by law are statutory born citizens naturalized at birth by law. The citizenship of true natural citizens depends on no law.
When one is born in the USA to parents both of whom were citizens when one was born, one is by inherent nature born a USA citizen because no other citizenship outcome is possible. One's natural born allegiance lies 100 percent with the USA.
The SCOTUS has never directly addressed the issue of the definition of natural born Citizen. The closest they have come is in Minor v. Happersett, which held:
The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

It would be odd for Trump to agree to debate Biden under the authority of a commission deeply biased toward Beltway group think, no matter how confident he is that the former vice president lacks the energy to go two hours against him. But why walk into three ambushes?
How bad is the bias? Just examine this past week’s coverage of the shocking revelations about the persecution of former national security adviser Michael Flynn, whom Trump fired for lying to the FBI. The Justice Department has filed a motion to dismiss the charges against Flynn on the grounds that the case against him was unfair. As Attorney General William P. Barr was careful to note, we don’t know yet whether any of the officials who may have tried to frame Flynn broke laws. They certainly shattered many of our cherished ideals about transitions of power being seamless, peaceful and without deep intrigue. This is deeply unsettling conduct but is barely mentioned other than on the center-right platforms.
Look in vain as well for extended coverage of what should be the now-infamous transcripts released by House Intelligence Chairman Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) under duress last week...
The transcripts cast many of Trump-connected participants in the “Russia collusion” investigation in deeply unflattering light. Have you read much about these transcripts or those who said one thing under oath and another on a television set? The anti-Trump “news” business is averting its collective gaze from these contradictions.
Example three: bad faith and a general failure to disclose what it knew about the virus early on is a growing problem in foreign capitals for the Chinese Communist Party. But this story line is inconvenient to those who insist the tragic toll of the virus can be blamed on Trump, so the narrative is played down.
Trump is right to regard the media as Biden’s running mate. The good news is that debates may not be needed at all. Trump-Biden is a simple choice, already stark in five profound dimensions.
First, the choice pits a return to appeasement not just of the People’s Republic of China but Iran as well against Team Trump’s clarity and resolve toward both adversaries...
Of course, a choice between judges and justices of the sort Trump has nominated, or back to Barack Obama activists in robes.
And, finally and crucially, an accounting and, if justified, prosecution of those who twisted the law after the people spoke in November 2016 in an attempt to undo their vote...
But Trump shouldn’t trust to chance that the debates would be run by the fair-minded. The stakes are too high.
