As ghastly as it is to say, sometimes I see him as a ceremonial patriot president who is too nice to really pull the trigger with these people. Fighting back through tweeting is fine, but the Democrats have destroyed much of his presidency, and now citizens of many states are under their jackboots. Barr does nothing, just like Sessions.

Eisenhower and Kennedy sent federal troops into rebellious states. Bobby Kennedy threatened to put George Wallace in jail. We need more than factory tours.

Trump has got to stop focusing on himself ...

It’s the DOJs job to document what happened, and bring justice.

Yet they have not done that after 4 years. The house has had no problem destroying this country. Trump has been fighting for us 24/7, but the senate has done nothing. And many of you keep blaming Trump. It's disgusting.

Who here really believes justice will be done?

The MSM is still pretty much ignoring the story. My parents who only watch

CNN and MSNBC just stared at me with a blank stare as i told them about

whats going on.

If the majority don’t even know about whats going on there is no pressure

on the turd politicians to do anything.

The thing is, the last thing the American people, generally, want to see is another partisan circus.

I believe they’re damn tired of it.

DOJ is the better route. Once they complete, the Congress can do their part.

I ask that you consider the point.

I agree with you. Let the process run its course. It may be satisfying to think of circus hearings, swat raids and frog marching but there are bigger issues to consider, such as alerting targets too soon, jury prejudice, tarring with too broad a brush. Exposing a corrupt law enforcement officer too often means letting guilty parties walk free, such as when the corrupt or incompetent lab technicians cause thousands of cases get tossed. I think Barr wants to restore integrity to the DOJ, not burn it to the ground unless it’s absolutely necessary—and it might just be necessary but I choose to be patient.

Graham has come around to the tight side in many issues these last few years, but he’ll do whatever it takes to protect McCain’s role in all of this.

After 4 years you believe the doj is going to complete anything before the election, or ever for that matter? How long will you wait before you give up on a self interested government bureaucracy to hold itself accountable?

"They MUST pay a big price for what they have done to our Country."

If they do not pay a big price, then they will not fear getting caught next time, and the lawlessness will multiply.

“How long will you wait before you give up on a self interested government bureaucracy to hold itself accountable? “

Apparently the DOJ and AG are performing to POTUS expectation. If they were not we’d hear about it over twitter.

“he’ll do whatever it takes to protect McCain’s role in all of this.”

As will Gary Sinise.

Wish someone would care, and ask him about it.

“Are you really that stupid?”

Well, if you are so stupid as to think Trump has no power then perhaps you should take a civics class.

The Senate is a legislative branch. They can have hearings all they want but the DoJ owns criminal investigations and indictments. The DoJ is under Trump.

Really? You say that Trump has dictatorial powers, and I'm the one that needs a civics class?

Lift any federal state of emergency, which thus deprives the governors of their justification for seizing power, and announce that the DOJ will start prosecuting violations of civil (that is, Constitutional) rights, since just about everything these governors have done has been a violation of civil rights.

Agree. Trump is missing a historic opportunity to be the champion of liberty and freedom. I can’t think of a better legacy for him.

I’ve been blasted for this time and time again, but Cheeseburger Barr is part of this deep state. He hasn’t done crap either to put an end to this, or to even defend Constitutional rights of citizens from tyranical Governors. Its all a stalling game in hopes Trump loses 2020 and then stall for another. 4 years. Personally I think Trumps only card is to declassify the world, and give Barr 72 hours to do something about it or he, and Wray are fired. Appoint Gulliani and give him czar powers to fire any and everyone. The documentstion proves that Obama and his surrogates broke the law and lied to Congress. Theres no need for a Grand Jury. Started rounding up these turds and holding them, including Obama, in jail until trial. You watch these rats start making deals! Durham has had more than enough time to get this done!

Then what is all that advise and consent BS about?

People ask me all the time what are the greatest risks in the current economy. My answer: accountability. We, as common people, can point to the rules and statutes that have been violated by Hillary, Obama, Comey, et al... surely, the legal minds in government can do more. If they are not held accountable, there is no rule of law... and nothing matters... nothing will be obeyed... society will crumble.

The Dems must have a photo of Lindsey Graham performing a unnatural sex act with a chicken or something. Same thing with Trey Gowdy; he is very careful not to name names or say anything negative about any Dems. All we ever get out of any Republicans is talk, talk, talk. All they ever say is “somebody oughta do something”. Well hells bells, what do they think their job is? Spin on their thumbs all day? Apparently so....
