Sounds like a repeat of a tv movie made back in ths 1960’s

Roy Thinnes in Journey to the Far Side of the Sun....an alternate planet Earth discovered with everything opposite of what was known to be fact here on Earth. The movie, also known as “Doppelgänger” was never forgotten. Thinnes had some dilemma when he attempted to return to Earth. A quandary in making a decision as to the flow of electricity and the knowledge of ‘wiring’. A typical 1960 something movie with the ending left ‘up in the air’. Bad movie, but still remembered for the premise.
