There are very pretty women — women used to getting any man they want — and spoiled rotten — who all but attack the players.
And get quite violent when they don’t get what they want.

That said, if the crew was aware of the unwanted behavior and didn’t stop it or move her sooner they may be liable.

Don’t care doesn’t matter what she looked like.
If he in any way interacted with her HE could end up being charged. He’d probably been warned about that sort of thing.
First...record the woman with your cell phone...then get up...tell the stewardii that you are not going back to your seat cause the person next to you is sexually groping you. Show the stewardii the video. Record the inaction of the crew after showing them the video. If they don’t fix it...raise a big stink..then you got evidence of the women and of them shirking their duty...big time money in them thar’ hills..
