As a cost cutting effort let’s disband the riot police. They come out in $5,000 of gear looking like star Troops from the Empire. Then APC’s from Seal Team are driven to the area. Great for recruiting posters. Then they do not arrest one rioters, do not protect one store. They are useless. Disband and save the money.
And While we’re at it, lets take back all the General’s stars off the collars of these stupid little police chief’s.
