The only problem with this study is that women don’t pick men on appearance per se. If the only thing you have to go on is the presence of a cat, that’s not going to be particularly attractive. (and I like cats)

I have always had one hard and fast rule about dating.

If I learn that a prospective girlfriend doesn't like animals, particularly cats, (something usually discovered later...like on a second, third, or fourth date), I dump her.
