HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania -- Comedian Bill Cosby has won the right to fight his 2018 sexual assault conviction before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

I would not be shocked if he gets the conviction tossed out, based on the two supposed issues - (1) old prior acts mentioned in case (2) supposed agreement with earlier prosecutor he would not be charged which led him to testify in the civil case

If Billy boy had been more down with The Struggle he’d never gone to jail. Instead, he generally told his peeps to get over the victim mentality and quit complaining.

He had to be made an example of dont leave the plantation or face the incarceration.

Prison is a bit much here. They could have confined him to house arrest and fines. Waste of taxpayer dollars.

I do think he’s where he belongs though.
I read (somewhere!) that the lovely mrs. has not visited him since he’s been in the pokey.
He really screwed her over by getting caught.

I agree.

Evidently, in the old days, rich and famous men were allowed to use women at their will. I, myself, no amazing beauty had the VP of my union put his hand up my dress, not to mention my father-in-law.

Of course it’s not right but women were told to keep quiet about it.

I bet there are plenty of famous male stars of the Cosby era that participated in the same sorts of activities and it was accepted.

But Bill Cosby never played the victim game, told young black men to pull up their pants....etc.

They had to get him.

Can’t have a black man encouraging decent behavior in other black men.
