Wrong! Either ignorant, or purposeful disinformation. Only thing that comes out are specific proposed amendments, that still must be ratified by 34 of the states. Nothing idiotic will get far. But term limits will save the country.

Nope, doesn’t do any good. Like it or not, once the Left gets absolute power it’s OVER (meaning control of the White House and the Courts, only, Congress won’t matter as the courts will neuter them). The only options for conservatives at that point is to:
1) Submit, and watch the country die
2) Leave (although Americans will see far fewer options than they have now)
3) Civil war
So, we conservatives LOSE, regardless of any modifications to the Constitution...and we help our side lose by bickering and ‘making statements’, like voting Third Party because so-and-so doesn’t pass our ‘purity’ test, or because Roberts is a jerk.
We fight now, in the political arena, but if we lose, there WILL NOT be a tomorrow. The Democrats let us come back twice in recent years, they will NEVER, EVER, permit that again* - not with this bunch. And those on our side who cannot comprehend that, DESERVE all of the punishment that they will get, if they help the Democrats achieve that goal.
*and it’s easy for them to do. Legalize everyone, make PR and DC states, end enforcement of voting laws (via their judges), ballot harvesting, etc. Not only will we never win, we’ll never get close again (think California).
And where do you think Article V comes from? Do you honestly believe that only congress should be able to write amendments? Allowing the states to write amendments is quintessential federalism.

You open the door for a rewrite of the constitution and you’ll have social justice and economic justice and racial justice shoved down your throat with “positive liberties” given to you by the government.
Article V is not some artificial construction outside the Constitution. It is the Constitution and was made for a time when power centralized in the District of Criminals . They failed to use it in time to stop the First Democrat-Republican War. We must not fail a second time.

The fact remains that if you open up this can of worms we WILL get amendments along the lines of prohibition and economic redistribution.
That's only part of the problem. It's the people who count the votes that is the remainder of it.
