You nailed it, and it is a crying shame how many here on FR willfully follow those orders. This is not how our system works. If there is emergency orders they must be levied for the shortest duration possible, with the most minimal intrusion of citizens lives, and most of all, the emergency orders must be useful, with a quantifiable outcome that is worth the disruption on American citizen lives.
These mandates for covid are not short in duration, they intrude heavily on our freedoms, and there is no evidence that they are helping at all. They fail on all three accounts, therefore they are ILLEGAL.
But since the dictator dictated, then it is ok for this lady to be taser, cause the “resisted arrest”. Talk about twisting logic, twisting it so bad as to neuter our constitutional rights.

The cop KNEW arrests could not be made for mask violations.
The cop acted in his PERSONAL CAPACITY to incite the woman to resist.

Good think your were not around during the early days of the American Revolution.
We've seen plenty of this sort of behavior by the cops during this phony medical crisis--the father arrested for playing ball with his son in a park, the elderly couple relaxing on the beach who were told to scram, the lone surfer who was arrested, the harassment of churchgoers in Mississippi, and on and on. With the "defund the police" movement going full speed, cops need to quit alienating their supporters by acting like bullies.
