Who was trespassing? She was on public property. She paid for her ticker or was allowed by the gatekeeper to enter. The Police can’t or won’t stop the rioters and pirates from destroying and stealing your property. You are prosecutes to the full extent of the law when you defend it. What is the State of Ohio Statute number of the law she violated? It is not resisting arrest because resisting arrest is not a stand alone crime.
