As campaigns become more focused and debates become more heated, Ted Cruz is rapidly emerging as a front runner for the GOP. His highly organized grassroots efforts are spreading in Georgia like wildfire, and he is now the first presidential candidate with a campaign headquarters established in Lowndes County. The office will open with a ribbon cutting Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 3 pm.
County Chairman Trey Taylor says, âOur nation is at a political crossroads. We cannot continue down the road we have traveled over the last several years. Leadership is what this nation needs, the kind of leadership Ted Cruz has shown his entire career. Championing conservative causes, fighting for religious liberty, our Second Amendment rights, preventing government overreach, and providing for a stronger, safer America. It is clear that Ted Cruz is a man called for this time in our history. We welcome all committed, compassionate conservatives to our cause.â
Cruz has depended heavily on well-organized grassroots strategy throughout his political career, and he isnât treating the presidential campaign any differently. Giving voice to conservative voters who are frustrated with the establishment, Cruz has already recruited more than 100,000 volunteers and presently has more cash on hand than any other candidate. Let me guess: you have Windows 10...
I have Windows 10 and don’t have this problem.
7.1, used to have 7.0 but was forcefully converted.
Huh?
Absolutely.
He’s been double-posting threads for the last several days. :)
GA people like to have a conservative reputation, but they mostly vote “moderate.” They haven’t had anybody good since Lester Maddox.
#GrassrootsMatter
Dog-slow POS operating system - and this was on a brand-new box...
I presume 2nd just got it, and he's not used to the slow. 2nd posts a LOT of threads, so he's skilled at it.
Cruz16, on the other hand, is a moar better operating system for the country.
It's been fascinating watching his campaign operate from the get go...more intriguing then the actual race Imo....much below the radar they used the opportunity to get the message out to grassroot Americans and that foundation is not going to move!
Miller and Perdue were good. The rest of them suck. Including Maddox.
Yeah that’s nice but that part of Georgia tends to be Carter country.....hard totellwhich GOP candidate might get votes from there
“Ted Cruz has run of the best campaigns I have ever seen. A very good sign on how effectively President Cruz will run the country.”
Exactly. Thanks for your post.
If my understanding of national politics is correct, my understanding is that Lowndes County, Georgia with its population of almost 113,000 is the key to the entire Presidential nomination process: no one has ever been nominated for a Presidential run unless they’ve first won Lowndes County. So yes, this establishment of the first campaign office there by Cruz is a MAJOR coup. YUGE, even!
Valdosta...They play a lot of high school football down there.
