The common view is that there were three debates this year between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. But what about the bonus debate last night at the Al Smith Dinner in New York? It was probably Trump’s greatest performance. Funny, self-deprecating (within reason), and devilishly biting (in the best Johnny Carson roast tradition, which apparently is lost on all the usual suspects who afterward shrieked that Trump had gone too far again; but what else can you expect from a holy man like David Gergen?). And Donald brought the best out of Hillary, if such a thing is possible. One or two of her joke lines were even funny, though nothing approached Donald’s big score when he had her saying, “Pardon me”! Even she laughed, as did the entire, mostly Democrat room. In their hearts they all know she’s guilty....

I know all sorts of very smart people who simply buy all of the crap from the MSM and GOPe and never ask themselves a simple question: How is it that we never "knew" Donald Trump was a racist before this campaign?

I didn’t watch Trump’s appearance, but yesterday, Bill O’Reilly spun it as being an unmitigated disaster. Given that O’Reilly seems to be leaning toward Hillary, I took what he said with a sack of rock salt.
Agree. That dinner speech, was a big effin deal. BIGLY. Hee Hee.
Hilda finally was told off and she had to shut up and listen and not interrupt. She ain’t used to that!

There have been many incidents in our history that have saved America, the last being Ronald Reagan’s election. Taken alone, they look like blind, dumb fate. Taken together they make it look like the hand of God working in favor of America through always flawed people. It looks like God is again doing this, now through Donald Trump. God having sent him to us, we must all prey for him and do our best to help him fulfill his mission.

Now that’s funny right there. I was in a conference room with a co-worker on Friday and we were waiting for IT to get us up an running, so we had time to watch this speech on my iPhone.
He was absolutely floored, saying, “Trump has elephant-sized balls of titanium.”
I made my only political donation today, it was to Trump!

Me too, they’ve been good friends for over 20 years, maybe 30, go to ball games together at Yankee stadium.
I love seeing O’Reilly interview Trump, he is the only one who can get on Trump’s face and get away with it, doesn’t hesitate to hit Trump with any tough question he can think up, and will challenge him on it if he thinks it won’t work. Hannity does some good interviews too, but I think that’s because Trump respects Hannity, since he’s always been fair. With O’Reilly, they know each other so well they each know how to expect the other to act, they already know how the other sees things, and they both know this is Bill’s job, friends can wait at the door.
You can’t tell it by watching his show, sometimes I’d swear he’d vote against Trump, other times I’m sure he will. But I know he won’t vote for Hillary and he knows anyone else is a wasted vote, so I’m 99.5% sure O’Reilly will vote for Trump.
Oh by the way, O’reilly is actually registered Independent, not Republican. I didn’t know that until someone questioned it, he said he is registered Indy.
