A giant waste of money for nothing
It did point out voter fraud in the city of Detroit.
Think of how many chillllllldren could gave been fed with that dough. How many teeeeeeeeachers could gave been paid.
Or flint water supply infrastructure paid for with the millions of Michigan tax payer dollars Jill’s recount effort wasted.
Didn’t this expose the fraudulent voting in Detroit?

It helped to further expose the pathetic desperation of the left and made it clear that it’s power that they want, not the will of the people.
Actually, in my opinion it accomplished quite a bit by exposing potentially massive voter fraud in Detroit, which will now be audited.
Recounts would have to include:
1. Checking that no ID was used more than once
2. Checking that no ID was used in another state that also requires ID for registration and voting
3. Checking that no ID is associated with a dead person or any person that is ineligible to vote, e.g. felon, underage, etc.
Whether or not the machines are working, if you can't keep track of ID's then all you're doing is checking that the machines are either consistently counting correctly or consistently counting incorrectly.
You can't even verify whether or not the machines have been hacked via a recount.
This is another issue that the MSM has overblown and incorrectly explained to the American People.

Actually, it showed the vote in Detroit was totally fraudulent in favor of Hillary.

I would support a law that requires the same id process to vote as require to purchase a gun.
