no no no- all you have to do is pass a law that noone can own clips that hold more than 8 rounds- and ban all gun attachments that make the gun look cool- that would have stopped the mass casualties- just ask NY who passed their asinine ‘safe act’ years ago- They are bragging that if the safe act was nationwide- it would have prevented the shooter from accumulating guns and large ammo clips and all would be well with the world today- if only we had more more more laws making it illegal to shoot others in non self defense situations

Since we need more stupid laws to enforce....why not make a law that limits all hotel construction to one single ground floor? No more 40-story buildings that would give the shooter lots of viewing territory. Vegas has tons of open space and can easily build 60-acre hotels.
