Democrats need all the votes they can get.
Yes, just allow anyone who happens to be present on election day a vote. They can offer cruise ship passengers, and those with layovers at airports the right to vote. Then they can have passengers in cars passing through on toll roads cast their votes as they go through the toll booths, no matter what their destination a hour later will be.
They can go through the city, collect the homeless, bus them to the polls, and feed them for their vote. It doesn’t matter how old they are, if they are breathing let them vote.
Don’t the Dems already do some of this anyway. Just make it all inclusive.
