A Democrat running for a US House seat in Pennsylvania offered praise for then-President-elect Donald Trump, called on Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to resign and said progressives "are the least tolerant of anyone who disagrees with them" in a series of now-deleted tweets.
Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli is running to replace retiring Republican Rep. Charlie Dent in what is now Pennsylvania's 7th District. Agree. I don’t trust this one at all. Plant the seed that he’s a conservative democrat to get elected. He will then vote with 100% of the other democrats. They’re getting good at running to the center/right.
If he was at all conservative, he wouldn’t be running as a democrat.
John Morganelli:
- “F” rating from NRA
- Supports govt funding of Planned Parenthood.
- Supports DACA
- Wants to keep Obamacare in place
I’m surprised that the Dems are letting him run. If he were elected, he would become another Pelosi lock-step supporter and drop all of his promises.
Hopefully the Republicans will nominate a good conservative to run against him and maintain control of the seat.

Meaning he’s only slightly to the left of Lenin.
Ain’t no such thing, and he’s only doing that to get elected. Once in, he’ll revert true to form.
Morganelli comes off as the insider fake progressive Democrat just the GOP has astroturf conservatives.
