Tom Steyer Compares Trump Impeachment to Civil Rights Movement
Breitbart ^ | May 29, 2018 | Tony Lee

Left-wing activist Tom Steyer is blasting House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and top Democrats for not supporting impeachment, claiming that Democrats are complicit in “normalizing” President Donald Trump. He even compared his impeachment movement to the 1960s civil rights movement. “The Founders gave us impeachment to answer a reckless, lawless, and dangerous president and every day that his behavior is accepted, every day that you don’t oppose it, it becomes enshrined as the way things are done. You have normalized this presidency, you have normalized his behavior,” Steyer said in a Tuesday Politico interview. “And then at the end of four years when you come out and, you know it’s inevitable, ‘It’s outrageous what he’s done.’ Really? Because for the last 1300 days you’ve kind of gone along with it. … How much credibility—I think there’s a question here.”

Steyer—who has bought television ads promoting impeachment and conducted impeachment town halls in places like California, Iowa, and Georgia—is adamant that Democrats pursue impeachment even though numerous recent polls have found that a majority of Americans do not want Democrats to impeach Trump if they take back the House....

Nobody is this hysterical over ideology. Follow the money. Trump has disrupted their graft pipeline and limitless access to taxpayer moneybags. This amount of non stop hysteria and hyperbole is all about money and threats to cronyism and nepotism. Graft graft graft

You are right-on. I hope that Trump starts taking control of the narrative and kills any talk of racism, which is the driving narrative for the bulk of the Democrat rank and file. If he can kill that, he’s in the clear on any impeachment talk. He will also have reset American politics for generations to come.

One of the goals of the Mueller investigation is to keep Trump from taking charge over the narrative. It’s a collusion between the DNC, Mueller, and MSM, even knowing he’s innocent. But it keeps him on the defensive and draws away cycles that he could put to use on creating a new electoral coalition.

What in the hill is wrong with Donald Trump - President Donald Trump???? Can someone explain what they hate so much in this man? Is it strictly personal and over picky stuff? I’m not asking about politicians or the deep state.. just people who hate him... what do they have against him? Can they see what he is doing and still find such fault and hate towards the man?

I have a son who voted for him but did not want to (anti hillary vote)... he is a lawyer, if a degree means you have to hate Trump... he is amnog that kind of people all day... and they do talk against Trump.... over silly reasons... but my son thinks he is doing great... keeping his promises... he had doubts before, but not now... will vote for him again.
So, explain what the rest of the degreed bunch of men have against my President!!

Tom Steyer has been a Democrat activist for decades. Now he's got the money and they need it, so he has the spotlight -- and he likes the attention.

Steyer thinks Trump is vulnerable so he's going after him hard with the impeachment talk, but he'd be attacking any Republican who got elected president.
