Well the Clinton Foundation can no longer be used as their personal slush fund. She doesn’t want to run against an incumbent president. What a spectacle it would be if she did run again.

The strain of the office is hard enough but there is also ALL of that crime and fraud and deception that she would have to maintain on a minute by minute basis.
If Hillary was the one inaugurated in 2017 she would not have made it through the year without having a massive stroke or heart attack or major nervous breakdown.
She was in wretched health during the '16 campaign. She is worse now and she will be worse still by 2020.
