There’s been buzz circulating lately that Hillary Clinton may still have her eye on the Oval Office and is considering stepping back in the ring to take another shot at the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination. Because quitters never win, or something.
On its face, it sounds like pure insanity. However, she’s spent the last year and a half fixated on the 2016 election, traveling all over and telling anyone who will listen why it’s not her fault she lost.
She even went so far as to write a book, “What Happened.” Her publisher could have saved a few trees and sent her a two-word email - you lost.
Perhaps the basket of excuses she’s been carrying around is really her misguided attempt at trying to rehab her image and set the stage for round three in 2020. When you think about it that way, the idea she’d actually run again sounds less like pure insanity and starts to sound absurdly believable.
This week former adviser to Bill Clinton, Lanny Davis, publicly discouraged her from running, “for her sake and her family’s sake.” Reading between the lines, she’s either seriously considering another run or someone important in Clinton world wants her to go for it. It’s highly unlikely that a former senior adviser like Davis would come out and make such a statement otherwise.
The Democrats are in such disarray with no known message or direction, it’s almost as if they’re spinning around in a game of musical chairs and they have no clue where they’ll end up next....

Hillary, PLEASE run in 2020. Nothing will help our cause more than you continuing the schism if your party and cost a hundred million dollars than your screeching yet again that it’s your “turn” for the presidency.

i doubt she’ll make a serious run:
1. A third defeat (which is guaranteed, probably even early in the primaries) would simply be too humiliating ... she’ll go down in the history books as a three-time loser ...
2. She won’t be able to raise 2 billion dollars this time because the whales that donated most of that last time have publicly stated their extreme displeasure that she ran an inept campaign and wasted their precious billions ... no way will they donate bigly again to her like before ... the only donations will be ones from her few remaining idiot cult members, and these will be small because cat ladies and birkenstocked mumu wearers driving “Smart” cars do not have a lot of money ...
3. She burned out tens of thousands of starry-eyed, true-believer volunteers who bought heart and soul into her “she’s the one”, “it’s her turn”, “she’s the smartest human who ever lived”, “I’m with her”, “she’ll finally break the glass ceiling” and all the rest of Hillary’s bullshit ... there’s simply no way she can reignite that cultish devotion with its free labor now that everyone has seen that their idol has feat of clay, not to mention very few will want to devote themselves heart and soul again after pouring their all into a massively disappointing endeavor ... Hillary may not have moved along after four years, but pretty much everyone else will have ...
Don’t forget that she’ll destroy the other Dem front runner in the process. Many Berniebots are still angry with him for selling out to Hill in the last election.
Add to that her live campaign appearances will be rare, if she can make any at all. The MSM ignored her multiple no shows during the last election.
She better put her BIG BOY pants on if she is going to run. Oh, that’s right, she has been wearing them for years.
I will donate to her in the primaries :)

I mentioned before that I don't think she would be physically capable of more than one public appearance every week, and those would have to be even more tightly controlled and shorter than even in 2016.
Just imagine her in the last month when candidates need to barnstorm every venue in every state. Trump was holding four or five different appearances in four or five different states in one day. Something like that would kill her if she tried. In 2016 she ended her campaign with private meetings every two or three days and I don't think she held more than one short press conference in the last month.
Hillary, you can campaign from prison.
