This was ripped from the headlines because it was less work, or so I thought, there may be some updates soon or by August 7th, people drop out of the race and whatnot.

Sure, but it's Ann Arbor -- the town should have a sideshow hawker at every road into the city, charging everyone two bits to enter..

Shri Thanedar sounds like a villain in a science fiction series with too many sequels.

His idiotic and filthy TV ads show him saying “Trump called what I am an infestation …..”
End the Trump hate and don’t let it come to Michigan...
What a total loser.

Colbeck “Michigan’s most conservative candidate for governor”.
That has such a nice ring to it.

Thanks for the Colbeck boost, PGalt.

Every year when I get to go home, as I exit US-23 onto I-94 I can feel my IQ drop. Once I get past Ann Arbor it goes back up.

Don’t laugh, but I always have to stop at an Elias Bros. Big Boy and get a Slim Jim. Since so many have closed It’s either Mason or Cadillac. The one in Big Rapids closed sometime between Summer 2016 and 2017.

:^) There used to be three or four or more in the Grand Rapids area, no more. :^) The one on Alpine (this was when I was a kid) still had the park and talk option, which I think I’d have to head to Dog ‘n’ Suds to do at this point.

Do you have a link to that profile story? I can't find it on the Free Press website. I want to know how the guy who "has been a United States Citizen for 30 years" thinks he can run for President.

"Colbeck “Michigan’s most conservative candidate for governor”.

Yes he is and an out of the box solutions orientated thinker. I wish PDJT would have endorsed him, however his proximity back in the day to T. Cruz hurt him IMHO. I hope he wins.

For me It is John James and Lena Epstein ( my district ) anyone else doesn't have the chops to make it, especially w/ Lena, one of 5 co-chairs of MI for Trump? How could you not vote for her. I can see John James winning against Stabenow, not Pensler, James has got game a killer/winner instinct. Pensler is as boring as Jeb.

Thanks, Civ! Reading the write-up, at least he understands that the Constitution needs to be changed.

Otherwise, I'm getting sick of seeing his ads run during the local inserts of Fox News. "Donald Trump says I am an infestation." "I will keep Trump's racism out of Michigan."

A$$hole.
