A former Hillary Clinton spokesman issued a savage response to James B. Comey on Twitter Wednesday after the fired FBI director called on Americans to “vote for Democrats” this November.
“Democrats don’t want your endorsement, but thanks,” Brian Fallon, a CNN commentator who served as Mrs. Clinton’s national press secretary during her 2016 presidential campaign, tweeted to his 155,000 followers on Wednesday.
Mr. Fallon was responding to a tweet late Tuesday by Mr. Comey, a former Republican, that called on people to vote Democratic in order to preserve America’s values....
