Playing it safe?? This is hardly a proposal that is likely to be popular with most Americans, especially at a time of statistically full employment. Another monstrously large and expensive bureauocracy whose sole and obvious purpose is to kiss up to RAT voters who don’t want jobs anyway. Yeah, this is a sure winner.
They are going to need a bigger rubber room. Like the one that they use for NY teachers who cannot be fired.

These employees will be unfireable. How do you fire someone from a guaranteed job?

You put a guy on a road crew and he leans on his shovel and playing with his phone all day. What do you do?
I guess we got him off the couch, but not much else, except adding to the deficit and debt.
You don't. You withhold their salary, or whatever part they didn't "earn."

Of course they are. Everything libs do is a lie, and it's all geared toward taking from productive people and rewarding unproductive parasites. But with welfare, society doesn't get ANYTHING back. At least this way, the leeches are required to do something to earn their keep.
