Kavanaugh cannot alibi himself because Ford keeps changing the location, her age, etc. every time Kav/senate investigators were able to show he wasn’t there. This is very obvious from her ever changing testimony.

The final three contradictions are even more significant because in each circumstance Ford altered her story only after Kavanaugh and Senate investigators had obtained evidence to disprove her original tale.
The Dems will be able to make up anything they want about what may be in the report and no one can refute it. Warren just happens to be the first. Big surprise.
