President Trumps fight for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is breaking up the Never Trump coalition of GOP leaders and pundits, many who are now uniting behind the president in advance of Saturdays Senate confirmation vote.
Rocked by the wall of Democratic opposition no matter what evidence supporting Kavanaugh is presented and impressed with Trumps solid backing amid a brutal media attack, Never Trumpers are abandoning their opposition in a show of support for the man they once mocked.
One famous Never Trumper even told Secrets that Trumps unwavering support for Kavanaugh, a long-time public servant who worked for former President George W. Bush, himself in the Never Trump community, plans to vote for reelection.
Nationally syndicated conservative influencer Erick Erickson told Secrets, For the first time I see myself voting for Trump in 2020. And it has a lot to do with Kavanaugh. Hes not the only reason, but hes definitely the straw that broke the camels back.(continued)

Must check out that miserable traitor Bill Kristol’s twitter feed. He had wanted Kav taken OUT.
I don’t give a flip what the soft fat boy has decided
Where is Mitt and Bill Crystal? How much trouble will Mitt cause Trump in the Senate.
Yep, NeverTrump anti-Kav is basically down to Kristol, Jen Rubin & Max Boot.
I think Trump will win an 84 style landslide in 2020.
He will not lose a single voter who backed him in 2016, but will attract many, many others largely due to the outstanding economic success Trump has given us.
In particular, Trump is going to see a huge increase in his support from black voters, I think he will win over 50% of them
The consequences of freedom to think, to choose to harm no one, to express one's beliefs and ideas freely and without censorship, to act in one's own self-interest within the limits of laws--the results of such freedoms are beneficial to the whole society and will, once exercised, produce a sense of wellbeing and the "pursuit of happiness."
“The enemy of my enemy...”(?)
"Freedom" is "nver having to be called by your gender or race identity."
I know; the poor baby, Life’s a bitch Billy boy. Deal with it. MAGA!
Erick Speaks! “For the first time in my life as a #NeverTrumper, I am now proud to say that Donald Trump as our president.
It’s good that they came to their senses.
Unfortunately, my Mom will be voting for his Democrat opponent. She died, so now she will be voting Democrat.
Just checked - Kristol is waffling now on Kav. LOL. He says he’s like FLake (which he is) and wanted time to investigate the charges. Does anyone believe that? He knew Kav was innocent from the beginning - but anything to destroy Trump.
I once thought he was a fine fellow. How wrong I was. He taught me to trust no one.
I hope he is drowning his sorrows and “blacksout”! hehehehe
Trump may have been looking for someone who the nevertrumpers would support, but who was also likely to be faithful to the Constitution. Kavanaugh seems to fit that bill, having been a loyal Starr and then Bush guy, while his legal opinions have been consistent.
As an aside, did you ever get over being nevertrump? I haven’t been paying attention since your 25 post a day barrages stopped. Not asking to be a jerk; I’m just curious. Some of the most vehement have been won over by how conservative Trump has governed, while there are others whose butthurt knows no ends. (The Bill Krystol wing). Others are on board, but don’t like to admit it (the Ben Shapiros of the world). I am ok with those who are happy they were wrong, and just glad to have them back, however grudging their acceptance.
Ungracious man. I still get angry at myself for praising him in the past.
