President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will campaign next week in Kentucky, with each seeking to sway a hotly contested 6th Congressional District race that could help determine which party controls the House of Representatives next year.
Republican U.S. Rep. Andy Barr is in a tight race with Democrat Amy McGrath, a retired Marine fighter pilot. Trump's campaign said Friday it will hold a rally in Richmond, Kentucky, on Oct. 13. It will be Trump's third visit to Kentucky, but his first venture outside of the state's largest city of Louisville. Trump will appear at the Alumni Coliseum on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University at 7 p.m. EDT....

McGrath will be Barr’s biggest challenge so far. She raised like $4m last quarter. Barr did a good job of tying her to Pelosi and a lot of liberal positions using real audio of some of her fundraisers. McGrath was slow to respond and latest polls show it pretty much a toss up. I think Barr will pull it out, but it will be close.

Must admit I’m disappointed we have to burn up a Trump appearance on a KY race. Anything outside Yarmuth’s District should have been a slam dunk.
Well, there are three universities within Barr’s district and it’s never been a solid red district. It’s switched back and forth over the years. Dems pouring the money into it, too.
That would be hysterical. Biden will be in a conference room at a Holiday Inn.
Trump will probably fill Churchill Downs. Biden might fill a Motel 8 in Ashland.
