Following the bitterly partisan, acrimonious confirmation battle over Associate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., warned in an interview on Tuesday that heated political rhetoric has the potential to turn deadly.
"I fear that there's going to be an assassination," Paul told a Kentucky radio show. "I really worry that somebody is going to be killed, and that those who are ratcheting up the conversation ... they have to realize they bear some responsibility if this elevates to violence."
Paul's comments came the same day former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton declared that Democrats "cannot be civil" with Republicans any longer.
Paul's wife, Kelley, revealed in a Breitbart News interview on Friday that she sleeps with a "loaded gun by my bed," has updated her home's security system and has "deadbolts all around my house." Kelley also wrote an op-ed published by CNN in which she called on Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., to tone down his rhetoric; in June, Booker suggested his supporters “get up in the face of congresspeople.”(continued)

I would suggest that someone on the Left was willing to kill him just to pad the numbers on the Court. Had Hillary won another accident or heart attack might have already happened by now. Or maybe next year if not in an election year.

Mr. Paul and his wife are living in fear. They have already been so violated in their own homes and probably have changed in ways none of us could ever understand. I would move onto a nice 20 acre plot and hire the best security money could buy. Wear a vest (does he already?) and for the coup-de-grace, take self defense classes.
Oh and definitely carry multiple guns. One here, one there, etc etc
Consider if Ruth Bader Ginsberg dies shortly after the November elections and the GOP still hold the majority in the Senate. The Democrats have exhausted their smear campaign with Kavanaugh’s nomination. What else do they have but rioting in the streets and given the super heated vitriol of the left and the media political assassinations are a logical next step as are overt acts of terrorism. We have seen this before with groups like the Weather Underground. I could see links between groups like Antifa and ISIS or other international terrorist groups.
The Dem leaders would be totally to blame——they could have stopped this stuff early on-——but not ONE word from them,not one.

If she is nominated, do you suppose the rats will accuse her of sexual peccadilloes, like they did with Kavanaugh? Probably not, but they will find a hundred other issues to accuse her of. Maybe she kick her dog, when she was 6 years old, or sold lemonade without a license.

This is a damned shame that it might take a death for the party of tolerance to not call for murder of people who feel differently than they.

It probably worked once with Scalia. When a demoncrat is elected president look for another two or three mysterious Supreme Court deaths.

We ought not to be too sure of a Red Wave. Not until every vote is counted should we breath a sigh of relief. As long as there are Democrats to vote there are always a chance of voter fraud. Republicans and even Independents need to vote in such heavy numbers there isn’t even a chance the Democrats can manufacture enough fake votes.
