Correct. The new AG or acting AG is the one who will receive the report from Mueller, and decide whether or not it has merit and should become public. Mueller can't just release it on his own.
Of course he can leak it, and risk the legal consequences. New Sheriff in town!

That was my exact thought as well...hilarious!
It is all they have left. They don’t have anything.
And it shouldn’t but it does completely hit my funny bone that their only option for the Left to be viable is to never let that report see the light of day.
Because if it does, even the dimmest of bulbs is going to see the reality of what has been going on.
