It was all about Meghan's defective father getting upset, claiming Trump "disrespected" him by holding a campaign rally in Arizona without his approval, and then saying Trump had brought out all the "crazies" at the rally. This was said a week or so before Trump responded to a specific question about McQueeg's comments. Meghan's defective too, since she can't admit her loser father was out of line with his comments. The kid she's carrying will obviously be defective as well.

His first wife wasn’t cancer stricken. She’d been in a terrible car accident, which changed her appearance, and she suffered severe leg injuries that required several surgeries. The surgeries ended up reducing the lengths of both her legs. She was told she probably would never walk again, and McCain dumped her while she was still in a wheelchair. The guy was a slime dog then, and remained a slime dog the rest of his life.
McCain did have character. It was all bad. Same is true of Joe Biden.
