Attorneys representing three high school girls in a lawsuit aimed at barring transgender female athletes from competing in women’s divisions have filed a motion calling on the presiding judge to recuse himself after he forbid the attorneys from referring the transgender athletes as “males.”
The lawsuit was filed by nonprofit Alliance Defending Freedom in February on behalf of the families of three female high school track athletes who say their transgender competitors are enjoying an unfair advantage. The lawsuit challenges the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference policy that allows students who identify as female to participate in women’s sports and argues it’s in violation of Title IX.

This judge has already decided the case if he isn’t allowing biological males to be referred to as males.
Call them the XX chromosome humans and the XY chromosome humans.
Judge Robert Chatigny should be impeached, tried, convicted, removed as a judge, then indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
The United States doesn’t need traitorous people like Chatigny in the court rewriting the First Amendment.

This case is based on biology. As such, biology should be adhered to. The defense should be required to refer to biological males as males, biological females as female.
If this insanity continues, women’s sports will become queer sports, & women will denied the right to play competitive sports among themselves only.
Let the eunuchs start their own leagues.
What’s next folks: Gubmint forcing male sports teams to be half female - in the interest of sexual equality; or maybe 1/3 male, 1/3 female & 1/3 tranny.
