Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) urged residents Thursday to continue following the social distancing guidelines ahead of Independence Day to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Meanwhile, the police department in Los Angeles posted a photo of a crowded protest taking place in the city.
What the mayor said: Garcetti praised the coronavirus measures the city introduced at the beginning of the pandemic and called on residents to avoid large gatherings and wear face coverings in public places or places where they cannot keep a recommended distance this July 4th because “COVID-19 has taken control.”

A guy I watch on twitter posted pics of him out drinking with friends in California and noted this exact thing
But now he, his girlfriend and 6 of his buddies have the virus. He is 28. He is doing fine as is the rest of his crew
but here is the kicker
He posted pics of him out shopping. This was clearly after he knew he had COVID because of his newly dyed hair color. Also posted a pic at a restaurant but with that one you couldnt tell if new or not.
Its these young DGAF people who are spreading it...and the protestors who also DGAF

California Creates ‘Strike Teams’ To Enforce Virus Limits California is creating “strike teams” from 10 state agencies to enforce guidelines designed to slow the spread of the coronavirus, Gov. Gavin Newsom said Wednesday. He said the teams would “go after people that are thumbing their nose, that are particularly being aggressive, reticent to do anything.” He singled out bars, restaurants, meat packing plants and other facilities that he said may be putting employees as well as customers at risk. The teams include representatives from the California Highway Patrol; the Division of Occupational Safety and Health, as well as people from Alcohol Beverage Control; Barbering & Cosmetology; Business Oversight; Consumer Affairs; Food and Agriculture; Labor Commissioner’s Office; and the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development. Oh, those are just their little children being kids, you know! It’s OK! They’re just being “crazy” kids and having fun, you know! You’re racist and ageist if you think otherwise.
This right here is why Covid-19 is about to be irreversibly out of control in America.
The yutes will probably recover just fine. But if they know they have it I would appreciate it if they would stay hidden for awhile so us old geezers don’t get it.
