$100 billion - Estimated cost of the war in Iraq to U.S. citizens by the end of the year. And what was the damage assessment from the Twin Towers? The damage assessment to the recession that took 3 Million jobs with it? Perhaps Ms. Streisand has had her head up her backside for too long; but people are trying to kill all of us. It's cheaper to eliminate terrorist and the countries that support them; than to lose our country, our lives and even ungrateful Democrats like her. Now, if the terrorists would limit their attacks to only liberals; I think a compromise could be reached.

0 - The number of left wing Hollywood hacks who kept their promise to move to Europe if Bush were elected president.
0 - The number of working brain cells left in Barbra Streisand's head.
To: presidio9
50 - Percentage of Americans who approved of the way Bush was handling his job as president on October 15, 2003 (I have since read that that number is down in some polls to 45% approval). In some polls eh? Well, in the some polls I have read show him at 99.9% approval...so there... Next time, be specific you ugly hag.

So Graydon Carter rips off an old and thoroughly discredited spam e-mail and then Streisand repeats it as gospel?
Morons, the lot of them.

#1 - First American president to ignore the Geneva Convention on warfare (by refusing to allow inspectors access to U.S.-held prisoners of war). And this is a slanderous lie, and this traitor knows it. The prisoners wore no uniform, had no hierarchy of command, no insignia of rank, and represented no nation or recognized political affiliation. Hence, by the Geneva Convention; they are "Illegal Combatants". Now, personally I would interpret the fact that they wore no uniform, no insignia of rank, were armed and attacking our forces differently. I would classify them as spies, and execute them on the spot. But, unfortunately no one asked me.

Where's the BARF alert????

58 million - Number of acres of public lands Bush as opened to road building, logging and drilling. 200 - Number of public-health and environmental laws Bush has worked to downgrade or weaken since taking office.
0 - Number of Bush Court of Appeals nominees who have endorsed the legal foundation of Roe vs. Wade.
Will Bush have to report this as an "in-kind" campaign contribution? I appreciate Babs letting the public know these great things about our President.

Are terrorists better off today then they were four years ago?
Is Saddam better off today than he was four years ago?
How about his sons?
Do the men and women in the military have more respect for their current Commander in Chief than the one they had four years ago?
Is the average middle class taxpayer able to keep more of his money than four years ago?
Was the economy on the upswing or the decline four years ago?

WOW, Babs, I'll just wait for the movie. Will it be on Showtime or HBO? We doubt CBS would dare show another of "your" history movie projects anytime soon. Will hubby be starring at GWB in the new movie?

Babs, I get to do some number crunching of my own (that's the beauty of FR.):
9- number of Supreme Court Justices
7- Number appointed by Republicans
2- appointed by a democrat (Bill Clinton)
3- Number Among them considerred conservative
2- Number of moderates
4- Number of liberals
3- number of conservatives appointed by Republicans
2- number of moderates appointed by Republicans
2- Number of liberals appointed by Republicans
2- number of liberals appointed by democrats
There's an old saying that if you keep doing what you've always done, you're going to keep getting what you've always gotten. Which party, according to the above stats is non-partisan? Which is partisan? Why didn't Clinton appoint a conservative SC justice?
