In Canada, along with Spain, you can be prosecuted for preaching the Bible as in this case.
i live in Spain and i'm not aware of this. Please explain. As far as there not being freddom of religion here, i disagree with you. I am unaware of any case of someone being denied the right to pracitce their religion.
Also, (a little off topic now...) just finishing the long Christmas holidays, i'd like to add that public displays of Christianity do not cause an outcry and are seen everywhere. It's also OK to wish people a merry Christmas

I am unaware of any case of someone being denied the right to pracitce their religion. Well the way I read this article, the priest is being sued for making statements against homosexuality. The Bible clearly states that it is an abomination. From this article, all this priest said he was worried about social security and he gets sued. What would happen if he said what God has said about it?
