Hey, it is a union that owns the former governor. Back off. And. if the union has to change, it wants all the money and gifts that it gave the former governor and the other state officials. Just who the heck does this federal judge think he is? He is dealing with a California union here!

When one considers that inmates are placed in Pelican Bay for conduct that 50 years ago would have resulted in their execution it is hard to consider that these inmates were "abused".
