PS. I know Bush doesn't appoing CA or other state judges -- but there are lots of liberal, activist judges in the Federal court too, like the ones in the 9th Circus.

If we have conservative judges, we don't need to keep amending the Constitution, because we can't find any other way of dealing with the consequences of these judges actions.

There you go again. THE MAJORITY OF JUDGES ON THE CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT WERE APPOINTED BY REPUBLICANS, notably Pete Wilson, a RINO, elected because "he can win." Pray tell, what difference does electing "moderate Republicans" make if the outcome is just as bad or worse than if we had Democrats who would otherwise sink the system and then be replaced? Frist hasn't done diddly squat to get those conservative judges confirmed.

Given all that, and seeing as you are so fond of RINOs and you supported electing a governor who is EVEN FURTHER TO THE LEFT THAN WILSON, isn't it a little hypocritical to say that electing RINOs would correct this situation? What has Arnold done to stop this? He could have done it in the first few days you know. So Arnold says all the right words and then hands it to Lockyer and this is what we get. Don't believe what they say, watch what they DO.
