Thanks it was kinda cute. After this afternoon's annual licensing visit and the humorless evaluator chick said a report had not been updated and mailed, when I infact had copies of said report not only this year but previous years going back to 1997, the insult was when she asked in a snotty voice, "but did you mail the report for this year." My reply was "yeah...why would I have a copy in my file." ARRRRRHHHHHHHHH! God, but I really, really dislike bureaucrats and their snotty attitude. Yes, a phone call to her supervisor is in the works.
