Do we need any more evidence?

Why are we targeted? Very simple--I don't know why anyone asks this question... It's because we've aligned ourselves with Israel. If we were to turn our back on Israel, the terrorism against the US would likely stop. Of course, the world would not be a better place, though.

"Some of you will adamantly disagree with my previous statement."

He got something correct.

Who is John W. Willmott and why should we care what his opinion is?

It appears I will never agree with al-Jazeera. They are simply more of the depraved monsters who are members of the cult of death.

Why are we targeted? Ummmm... ask the people of Afghanistan, Lybia, Africa, Spain, and about 50 other nations under attack from EVIL. Anything that doesn't advance the agenda of evil, will always be under attack.

You almost have to admire his sophomoric prose:

I am here because of the declining condition of American security, reputation, credibility, respect and prosperity brought on by flawed U.S. foreign policy, failed and or no diplomacy and the use of threats, strangling illegal embargoes, Presidential imperialist sanctions and the illegal, preemptive and unilateral use of the U.S. Military against other sovereign peoples and nations.

And I'll bet the bozo had to inhale three times before reading that screed out loud. We would be more grateful if someone were here to save us from the author's preemptively, unilaterally, strangling, imperialistically turgid prose. Even an overdose of Ex-Lax couldn't cleanse the author of this piece. He also makes the gross mistake of counting America out too soon. That's been done before, but history is only recorded for those that want to read it.

I wonder if he's the same John W. Willmott who at http://www.radioislam.org/islam/english/debate/wilmot2.htm was urging Muslims to unite and was asking, "Any of you know where I can post a pro freedom and justice website free from Jewish or U.S. Government intervention?"

Isn't it amazing what George W.Bush has been able to accomplish in such a short time!
Why, X42 couldn't do this in 8 years!

"Why are we targeted?"

No brainer. It ain't our Bill of Rights or they want our women to wear Burkas. It is because we have military bases on their lands just like we were targeted in Vietnam. It is their 'Monroe Doctrine'.

So if we want to be there, we have to expect opposition. Our decision is based on - is it is worth it? We believe it is worth it - either for oil, for Israel or to assert power. So people should not act surprised -'targeting' that's what happens in war. And the war has been going on a lot prior to 9/11.

This decline began before George W. Bush came to office. But when he came to office as “legal” de juris President by order of the Supreme Court with less than half of the popular vote and thereby, he had no “mandate” to summarily abrogate treaties, International Laws, threaten other nations to do it the Bush way or else and insult not only long time allies, opponents and those considered enemies or potential enemies.

Algore Junior LOST, get over it. President Bush got 0.52% less of the popular vote, there was no mandate for Algore to be President. Additionally the Republicans gained seats in 2002. That is President Bush's mandate.

Candidate Bush got a larger percentage of voters and a larger number of voters than Bill Clinton EVER got (in 1992 or 1996). The press never said that Bill Clinton did not have a mandate to go deploying troops around the globe.

Bottom line: George W. Bush had the courage to do the right thing no matter what the consequences. He may win or he may lose the next election, but if he loses, at least we had a president with the courage to do the right thing for four years. You can't say that about Bubba Clinton, and if Kerry becomes president, you won't be able to say that about him.

Courage, integrity, values: W.

Security will come when Palestine is free as the U.N. provides and the U.S. abides by the law and will of the “World of Nations!”

Whenever someone says this, I am compelled to inspect my firearms and inventory ammunition.
