But..but, If you're obeying the speed limit it shouldn't be a problem. If you are speeding then you are breaking the law and deserve a ticket.

In theory, correct...but in order to actually locate someone with reasonable accuracy...you would need to hava a call open, and some major software apps have to be on-line.
