Where'd this come from?
Obviously a cross-dressed font. Looks to like like MS WebDings translated into Times New Ludicrous, which wasn't available at that time.

I should have put the sarcasm tag after my comment, I thought it's quite interesting. On a normal FR day you would have had a hundred replies, but the "fake memos" thread are really hot now.
