Kerry to visit Jacksonville tomorrow
The Times-Union Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry will be in Jacksonville tomorrow afternoon for a town hall meeting, according to Von Alexander, a spokeswoman for U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown.
Kerry will be appearing at the Prime Osborn Convention Center. Doors will open at 1:00 p.m., although a ticket will be required for admission.
The Duval County Democratic Party is handling ticket requests. Call 904/721-9805 for more information.

Yes, Jacksonville is a real liberal hotspot in Florida. All those active duty and retired naval folks are sure supporters of their fellow sailor. In fact Kerry should do all of his Florida campaigning in Jacksonville and the Panhandle, and not waste his time in the rest of the state.
I hope he is smart enough to tell them how much money he has saved the taxpayers by chopping military spending. He can also appeal to the locals by telling them how he will be cheering for the Florida Bulldogs.
The only person he could find for support in this town is the one and only (thank god its one and only) Corrine Brown.
