On suicide watch. Downing valium at an alarming rate.
She is toast. Given all that about Mapes, however, it is clear that CBS and Dan Rather are also guilty for letting this woman run rampant. Also, I have a feeling that Dan Rather shares many of Mape's characteristics described above.
It will not be sufficient to just fire Mapes and put all the blame on her.
And then, of course, we still have the Kerry connection.
Only with regard to stories that don't matter, or that have already been "conceded."
The media is just as biased today as it was yesterday, maybe moreso. It is foolish to think and act as though the media is even a tiny bit objective, except in as much as it presents what facts it chooses to.
I wonder if Hillary met with "General" Karpinski when she went to Iraq at Thanksgiving.
RE Abu Ghraib
We know that Michael Moore bragged that he had cameras in Iraq.
We know that he talked to Nick Berg.
We know that Nick Berg did some work near Abu Ghraib.
CBS = 527
100,000 members at FR. That is awesome.
Heheh....nice zinger.
C BS did this coordination.
However, this type of coordination of the MSM against GW started in 2000, and it has never stopped.
Look at the bs thrown out in a massive coordination re their lies about GW's SOU speech and their followup on the Wilson/Plame lies.
Now CBS has been caught. They are all guilty.
One way to bypass these SOBs is donate to the Swift Vets.
Below is are links to their newest ads show how Kerry was a traitor to America after he returned from Nam.
These are links for the new SwiftVet ad.

We used to be able to see our member numbers, but I don't know how to do that anymore.
I'm sure that half of the peoplewho've signed up have dropped out or been banned, but it's still the most active political forum.
The media is starting to act more objectively and responsibly.
The only way to have a responsible media is to completely eliminate the use of "unnamed sources." There is almost never a good journalistic reason to have your source remain unnamed.
If the balance of the media would immediately question the authenticity of any report based on an anonymous source, this deceitful practice would stop.
Very true.
It is also total nonsnese how the liberal media uses Vietnam service as a litmus test of patriotism. These lib commentators say "Kerry went to Vietnam. Bush and Cheney avoided service. Thus, Kerry showed greater character". One question, folks: Who in their right mind would have wanted to serve in Vietnam? We were not playing to win. It is a bit like Iraq today, where thus far, we have taken only half-measures to defeat the enemy.
Why should Mr. Bush & Mr. Cheney have put their lives in peril, on behalf of a flawed foreign/military policy?
George W. Bush - Requested and was granted training on the F-102. At the time he requested the training, the F-102 was active in Vietnam - After being flight qualified, requested assignment in Vietnam. At the time, F-102 was active in Vietnam. His request was denied because his superior officers deemed him too "green" for combat duty. - After having more experience, again requested assignment to Vietnam. This time his request was denied because the F-102 was not active in Vietnam. John Kerry - Requested assignment on Swift boats at a time when their duty was not upriver, but shore. A Boston Globe story reported, "Kerry also believed a swift boat assignment would keep him away from the frontlines of combat." John Kerry himself wrote, in 1986, "At the time, the boats had very little to do with war. They were engaged in coastal patrolling and that's what I thought I was going to be doing. Although I wanted to see for myself what was going on, I didn't really want to get involved in the war."
I don't post all that much but I keep coming back to this site because it was (and still is) a great place to get news/current events and then be able to completely understand it.
I suspect that is one of the reasons why it is so popular.
Didn't Michael Moore say at some point that he had pictures of the abuse but decided against using them in his "documentary"?
Back in the Abu Ghraib feeding frenzy there were quite a few MSM clods who were reporting on the far worse pictures to come, including rapes etc.
Turns out those pictures were lifted from porn sites and were totally staged. For a while they were all yelling about it until someone found the porn site. I remember that the Boston Globe actually printed a retraction and apology, though not too prominently placed in the paper.
I wonder who circulated those porn pics. Could it have been a producer who was delighted with her success in damaging the US military so far and just wanted more, more, more? There is no proof it was Mapes, of course, but SOMEBODY circulated those "rape" pictures and the MSM swallowed them whole until they blew up.
All we can be sure of is that the SOMEONE wanted to damage our troops, our morale, and our resolve. Basically they wanted to damage our country and most of the media were enthusiastic in joining them.
FReegards...MUD
I guess we need to don our pajamas, the official uniform of the VRWC, and start investigating.
