Ohio Phone Survey

Posted on 10/22/2004 10:30:28 AM PDT by ktupper

Are there any Ohio freepers out there who took a phone survey from FEC Research?

It was regarding supporting traditional marriage and voting "Yes" on Issue 1, along with some other issue related questions.

If so, thank you for taking it. I'm looking at the results of the more than 1/2 million people that responded so far and they are encouraging.

In my opinion, Bush will win Ohio!

I'm wireless so I don't get polled.

Is this the survey where it was a recording and you said YES or NO into the telephone? If so, I received it. Only problem was I think I got confused by the question (and there was no way to have it repeated) and voted against the marriage amendment.

I wouldn't go as far as saying Bush will take Ohio yet. There arne't many liberals in Ohio, but there are Democrats. I know of many people that are voting for Kerry, AND for the amendment.

I got polled, too, and it was worded very strange.
BTW, GWB has NOT given up in OHIO.

If this is the one with a recorded voice asking yes/no questions, my wife took it. If you have the results, please share them. Thanks.

If it was recorded with yes or no answers, I was polled last night. Anxious to see the results.

Bush is getting ready to speak here in Canton-I hope they show it on FOX

I don't know what our clients intentions are with the data so you may never see the results.

I can tell you that my interpretation of the data is that the poll someone just published about 57% support for Issue 1 is low.

Of course they spoke with 757 likely voters. We weren't as scientific. We just tried to survey every household we could and have connected with well over 1/4 million supporters of Issue 1.

To get an idea of some of the work we've done...

Yes, I answered it this a.m. The survey also covered taxes and 2nd amendment issues.
