Duh Alert. First of all, who knows whether the stats are correct in other countries. Actually, many countries won't have correct stats; that's a given.

But anyone with simple common sense and a basic grade school education will understand that the more promiscuity, especially involving perversion, any given population indulges in, the more deaths from STDs. I mean, does that require a PhD to grasp?

And is it rocket science to know that the solution is traditional sexual morality, as enjoined in every monotheist religion in the history of the world?
