A very good friend of mine, Mr. Stephen Bennett who has a ministry out of Connecticut was scheduled to be on Good Morning America Friday January 28th 2005. A lesbian couple was due to be on with him as well. Stephen is a man who is married and has a lovely wife and two beautiful children. Having spent more than twenty years in the homosexual behavior he now devotes his time to ministry to those who remain in homosexuality.
If ever there was a person who practices what he preaches it is Stephen. His desire is to reach others who are still in that behavior with the gospel and do it in love never bashing or in a judging or condescending manner. Having gone with Stephen and his wife to Province town MA on one occasion and have witnessed him doing exactly what he has said. Never have I seen or heard of his being anything but caring and gentle.
Good Morning America cancelled the show by calling Stephen to say that the two women "felt uncomfortable with" Stephen in the same studio and wanted him in a satellite studio. GMA called Stephen to cancel altogether despite the fact that he has a studio that is always available. See, the very ones who scream intolerance, phobia, and bias are the very ones who are guilty of them.
This was the epitome of intolerance and disrespect for two lesbians to be unable to share the air space of the same room as Stephen Bennett. Not only do I see these two as immature but also I contend that ABC's Good Morning America is unprofessional and definitely one sided. One sided because they have decided to have the two lesbians on to share their story but "canned" Stephen. Keeping him from sharing Americas' concern for her children who are being force fed homosexuality via the misuse of tax payer funded children's programming.
Sad to think that few who deliver us news today, are found to have integrity. How is it that we have become a society of puppets without chests? How is it that we have lowered our standards to the point of doing the enemy's job for him? Satan hasn't got to work very hard at all to get America to bow to him, it happens every day. Are you ready to answer to God for your lack of courage?? Here is a show viewed by millions that carries the name "America" but has no concept at all of Who formed this country and what that name has meant to so many who (if this is possible) are turning in their graves today. God has had mercy on us what do you think is His next move?
Saltnlight is a woman who has written on many issues of the day on sites such as Christianity-Underground and writes letters to the Editor of her own regional paper. Once having been a lesbian she found freedom in the loving arms of Christ. Former homosexuals bring out the true colors of the radical militant homosexual activists, they exhibit extreme intolerance, bigotry, hatred, discrimination for the "ex-gays" every single time. They are the ones that decry any opposition, scream foul, intolerance, and accuse others of the same as if they're pre-programmed to do so automatically. What hypocrisy!

Who is Saltnlight and who got canned? Satlnlight or Stephen Bennett?
Stephen Bennet was canned in order to cater to the sensitivities of 2 lesbians who were also slated to appear on GMA.
