First, the report does not claim that Hitler was an overt homosexual, but rather that he had repressed homosexual tendencies. It also claimed he had heterosexual incliniations, but was impotent. The main finding about his sexuality was that he was a masochist.

He apparently peed on Eva Braun to get his jollies.

There seems to be a dilemma:

Position 1: Homosexuality might be a genetic disorder. Therefore, repressing it would be a fascist behavior on our part. The repression would be sinful.

Position 2: Homosexuality may be a protest against ones own sex, in which case, it would be a sin.

Question: Some homosexuals claim to be genuinely in love with their partners in which case position 2 wouldn't work. That's why I'm leaning towards position 1. I don't know what's going on in their heads so something else must be considered. Is something missing from this? Any ideas?

It is not fascistic to discourage behavior that doesn't forward the survival of the species/nation or community.

Regarding being a psychopath, I’d actually call him more of a sociopath - just as dangerous, contextually.
