Captain's Quarters is reporting that Boxer will lift her hold and the dims have agreed not to filibuster Bolton.
Only reporting what I read.
This must be giving a lot of comfort to the French, Russians, and Chinese (all holders of vetoes to whatever Bolton is charged with doing to the UN). The Dems should be ashamed of giving aid and comfort to France, Russia, and China. But they aren't.
