I agree with you that ONE D in four years and FOUR D's in one year is not similar. Kerry was a slacker as a Freshman and improved; Bush was a middle-of-the-road student but CONSISTENT which I think is similar to his governance, a characteristic that is sometimes praised and often ridiculed as too rigid.

I ridicule it when it comes to things like his mindless dedication to open border policies.

Not only that, but Kerry had a *total* of FIVE D's to Bush's ONE. (Kerry also had a D as a sophomore.) I noticed the AP story carried on AOL today had a chart comparing apples to oranges, listing that Kerry had four D's his freshman year and Bush had one in his four years. If they compared apples to apples there, they would have listed that Kerry had five D's in his four years. Anything the MSM can do to make a Dem look better, they'll do...
